Challenge Course
TWU’s Challenge Course opened in May, 1998. The high-ropes component was installed in the trees near the RNT Building.
At the time it was the first year-round ropes course run by a university in BC, and the first team oriented High Course of its kind in the province.
In the spring of 2009 Director Jamie Barrow renamed the Course Omada, which is Greek for “team.” Barrow estimated that more than 4000 people attended the program annually.
